This program is a great way for kids to get in shape or for young athletes to stay conditioned during their off season!

What will we do?
-circuit training
-box jumps
-lader drills
-medicine ball
-battle ropes
-tire flips (kid level)
-cardio, strength, agility, and reaction drills with a kid friendly spin!
